My Experience - It Surpasses My Expectations!
First off, let me tell you that I got the Toshiba REGZA Cinema Series 46SV670U as an upgrade for the 46XV545U LCD TV of Toshiba as well. I was pretty satisfied with my older TV's performance when it comes to delivering images. HOWEVER, the Toshiba REGZA Cinema Series 46SV670U surpasses even my highest expectations.

Well, the TV has some drawbacks (which TV doesn't?). And maybe that explains why it has $700 off of its retail price a couple of months after it came out. However, I don't think these setbacks are anything serious. And I didn't really notice some of them until fellow reviewers wrote about it.

I've had the Toshiba REGZA Cinema Series 46SV670U for over a month now and I have to say that I really love the pictures it delivers. Without any doubt, this is one of the best TV sets that you could lay your hands on, especially on its very affordable price range.

The DynaLight Feature (which is the Local Dimming Technology for backlights in case you don't know) makes the blacks on the pictures infinitely dark thanks to the firmware update that I got from Toshiba. Definitely highly recommended!

If you are on the hunt for the TV that can deliver pristine whites, blacks that are...well, pitch black, and colors that stand out, if you are looking for that's stylishly designed, advanced and stands out from the rest of the pack, the Toshiba REGZA Cinema Series 46SV670U is your best bet!

Again, the minor issues like the case and the almost non existent glare shouldn't be a problem. That's especially true when you consider that it's now selling at $700 less than the retail price.
